The governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Lagos State, Mr Jimi Agbaje, this morning on channels television said he will focus on primary education, housing and transportation amongst other areas if elected in February's governorship election.
He went ahead to say that he will return commercials motorcycles popularly known as "okada" if elected.
Commercials motorcycles were banned in 2012 by the Lagos state government.
