The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has not officially decided to postpone the 2015 General Elections.
It was quite supprisng when i saw the news on the internet scattered all over blogs.
INEC has offically made it clear that no decitions have been reached yet concerning the Feb 14 poll.
